Kevin brings over two decades of international experience across customer success, organizational design, agile transformation, and human resources — working with technology companies, multinationals, and growth-stage businesses across the United States, Singapore, and Southeast Asia.
Kevin holds a Master of Project Management from the University of Adelaide — completed at Ngee Ann Academy in Singapore — alongside a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from San Jose State University.

I've spent years inside organizations that had smart people, clear goals, and good intentions — and still couldn't execute cleanly. The culprit was almost always the same: unclear decision rights, fragmented communication, and meetings that consumed time without producing alignment.
